Cultural pluralism
Cultural pluralism is a term used when smaller groups within a larger society maintain their unique cultural identities, and their values and practices are accepted by the wider culture.
I think the synergy among diverse cultures has a powerful effect on the society.Each culture has something unique and valuable to offer.
I visited the Amish county this weekend.They believe that self-sufficiency and self-reliance is more important than convenience. They are a simple bunch of people who have managed to hold on to their culture ,unadulterated.I wonder if they are a curious bunch of people.Are the young adults ever tempted to cross over to the so called normal convenient lifestyle?

Life lessons
Lessons learned in ceramics class:
1.Patience pays off.
2.If the foundation is strong there is lesser scope for error.
3.When you are doing something you really like, you don't want the clock to tick.
